Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped via various UPS shipping options. We strive for efficiency and speedy delivery, but please allow up to 1-2 days for order processing. You may opt to be notified by e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies for Online Store:

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of online purchase, only with a copy of the original invoice or receipt. Items may not be worn or used, must be in original packaging it was sent to you in, and with attached labels and tags. Items returned or exchanged after 14 days and before 30 days, will be converted to online credit. Items returned after 30 days and before 45 days, will be converted to online credit minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Items older than 45 days will not be accepted.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS, INTIMATE APPAREL, & HOSIERY ARE FINAL SALE.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds in the amount of product value will be returned in the original method of payment.

Cancellations may be requested only before the order has been shipped, which may be within 1-2 days after the date of purchase.
